Cancellations
We just wanted to send a friendly reminder. We understand that your schedule may change. We require a credit card to finalize/hold your appointments due to our 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, and 48 hours in advance for blocked services of three or more hours, to avoid a 50% charge based on the service(s) you have confirmed. We must charge a 100% fee if you do not arrive for your confirmed service. TEXT OR EMAIL IS NOT A FORM OF CANCELLATION, PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL.
We will be placing a 50% deposit for all services booked to secure your scheduled appointments. If you cancel before the 24 hour cancellation you have a choice to keep the deposit on account to use for future or have it refunded. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour time you will not receive the deposit back. This this for ALL clients of the spa.

Arriving For Appointments
We ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to register with the spa, and to settle into robes and slippers if they would like. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time, full treatment costs app
